By using ScrumPoker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ScrumPoker provides ephemeral planning-poker rooms for teams. It is offered as-is for estimation sessions. Features may change without notice. There is no SLA unless separately agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse or disrupt the service (spam rooms, scrape, flood APIs).
• Do not attempt to access rooms you are not invited to.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content or harassment.
• Room codes are guessable in theory; treat them as confidential invites and rotate sessions after sensitive discussions.

Your content

You are responsible for names, stories, and other text you enter. Do not submit confidential material you are not allowed to share with everyone who has the room link.

Disclaimer

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for lost estimates, downtime, or decisions made using session data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy page.
